Hi Everyone.
Yes I am alive but I have been really busy. I just noticed my last update was 15 days ago.

So here is what is happening. Between working (which takes up alot of time) I have been working on projects. When there is more that I can say I will post it here. Stay tuned!

So, it's 2025 and i am done with the holidays and getting back to work on writing. It's a little hard to get back in the right frame of mind after slacking off for the holidays but getting back to work is a must. Ok back to work.

Goals for 2025:

So, I have been submitting items in 2024 and I have come up against a great deal of rejection. So for 2025 my goals are: Find a manager/agent and get back to submitting.

2025 is going to be a great year.

For some reason it's a really rainy day and I can't get motivated to work on anything. It's great that it is raining, we can sure use it. It's been so long that when I was out eariler there were roads that had flooded. I will try to get motivated.

So I deleted my first post because it crossed the line of violating my own rules. Cant expect people to follow the rules I made if I violate them myself.

I will do more to be mindful of what I post and adhear to my own rules.

Some people say that writer's block is either lack of motivaton or Laziness. I agree that it's true. There are ways to work through writer's block and things you can do to help. I haven't always been a big believer about outlining but now I find it helps when I have issues when writing.

Trying to stay warm and get things done. It has become WAY too cold and I don't feel like going outside. I understand I live up north and this is normal, but going from too hot to go outside to too cold to go outside really isn't fun

I know I have been quiet but I have been really busy. I am working on projects and at this point I don't have anything really to say.

I know a post saying that I have nothing to say is silly, but that is really where I am at this point. Thanks to everyone following.

I am going to change things up by not posting about writing (still working on projects, nothing much to say).

Instead, I am going to post pictures of my dogs. Cooper is a Bichon Frise and Lola is my Saint Bernard.

When I am writing, whether it is for television, a movie or a book I like to create a soundtrack for the project. The playlist has music in it that I think fits the story. So when I am writing for that project I play the music and it helps motivate and inspire me. Does anyone else do this?

Ok for doing screenplays (both for television and for movies) I use Final Draft. This seems like the most popular one used by Hollywood.
