I think Pop’n Twinbee for Super Famicom is a super overlooked STG.
Not only does it look & play amazing, but there’s a ton of difficulty options, making it both great for beginners & genre veterans.
It doesn’t only have co-op, but also an optional “couple mode” that makes player 2 invincible.
