Workers at a site in South Carolina that once made key parts for nuclear bombs in the U.S. have found a radioactive wasp nest but officials said there is no danger to anyone.

Was excited to see a new kind of creature on our river rafting trip on the Indian and Hudson Rivers: hellgramite (the larval form of Dobsonflies-- basically, Sleestak-looking egg-like sacs lazing on an exposed rock).

I keep trying to enjoy Bluesky, but Twitter,s interface seems so much better to me. I guess I'm just more used to a feed based sequentially on whom I follow. Content from those I follow is usually the same (and many double-post).
