Finally completed my 50th #parkrun and did it in the grounds of the beautiful Wollaton Hall in Nottingham. Now only 22 away from my 250th volunteer!

Sad to be having a by election in Moseley ward today but I’ve been and done my bit.
Had a great time at Abbey Park #parkrun in Leicester as part of the annual #cowfest events (you can just see my cow buff under my chins). A beautiful park, flat course (sub 50 mins mostly walking with a cheeky sprint finish) and great team who handled the 555 of us well!
