Court of Appeal handing down judgment tomorrow morning in Higgs v Farmor's School.

Will the Court take the opportunity to sort out all the confusion on philosophical belief discrimination, or will it be a bit of a damp squib due to the refusal to allow the school to cross-appeal the best points?
