Just 5mW of visible light? Are you CERTAIN it is 5mW or just trusting that label on your bullshit laser? Also, funny how that doesn’t matter. The startle/flinch response happens at lower power than that.

The QA/QC for them are just as dogshit too but you have an extra complicating matter: cat eyes don’t work the same as ours.
