Went to an AI panel for nonprofits. None of them talked about risk and responsible ai. I brought it up and more nonprofit leaders came to me after than the panel.

First of all - China IS regulating.
- The National Security Law of People's Republic of China regulates
- China has AI Policies that have evolved since 2016
- China has a National Privacy Policy as well (the US doesn't)
