Starting July 1, a Texas bill will go into effect and will require everyone in the state of Texas to have a hard, metal license plate.

Crowds are being asked to disperse as the No Kings rally has officially wrapped at 8 p.m. at Travis Park. That said, cumbia circles are breaking out instead.

“A lot of what's going on out here is disrespectful and I don't like the language that's being used,” he said.
