Dispiriting to see BBC News salivating over Masterchef while people are being starved to death, bombed, and shot at in Gaza. Finding it increasingly difficult to listen to any other news because it feels like we're being deliberately distracted from their anguish

The starvation of the people in Gaza is horrific and undeniable. We all know it is happening and is deliberate. A sad, unforgivable, unfurling of agony as an entire people are starved to death in front of the eyes of the world

Heartbreaking scenes on BBC news of the starvation and desolation in Gaza. Desperation in the eyes of young men unable to scavenge a scrap for what is left of their families, children trying to scrape food residue off empty vats, everywhere the agony of people unable to help the ones they love.
