Research shows that houseplants improve mental health,probably due to the proven calming effects of seeing their fractal patterns & thro contact with plant oils, decreasing levels of stress hormone. Been propagating succulents…add Steve the blackbird nearby & it’s really dialled down my anxiety🪶🌿:
