New study by Clara Hoppe et al. @AWI shows that photosynthesis in the #Arctic ocean is possible under much lower light conditions & can thus take place at much greater depths, than previously assumed- possibly also in other parts of the ocean!

New study by Clara Hoppe et al. @AWI shows that photosynthesis in the #Arctic ocean is possible under much lower light conditions & can thus take place at much greater depths, than previously assumed- possibly also in other parts of the ocean!
