Recurring dream as of late:
I’m standing alone in a field, there’s nothing around for miles except a gigantic tree. The tree is suddenly struck by a massive bolt of lightning and explodes. A splinter comes flying through the air and into my left eye. Everything goes bright white.

There it is

Today’s shower thought: “If I was a dude named ‘Mike’, I would tell everyone that it’s short for ‘Micycle’.”

This is day three and he hasn’t left my side. He was originally Tommy’s cat when we moved in together. While nothing will ever replace Boyfriend, I’m grateful for this big guy’s affection and comfort.
