Music business has always been brutal. Every hit song ever made has had more people dismiss it than praise it. Even amongst hugely successful artists, they could publish 200 songs and have most people really only pay attention to five of them. It's a story far more about failure than triumph

It is so bad that it becomes one of the main reasons to want a time machine
Making music is fun. Playing music for people is fun. Connecting with other musicians is fun. Almost everything else about the music industry sucks lol.

Finally catching up on registering songs with my publisher. If you’re a songwriter/recording artist, make sure you have a PRO (ASCAP, BMI, etc) and that you keep your catalog registered and up to date. Money is being made on your music and you might as well claim every cent you can.
