The US should not be allowed to make Australia complicit in nuclear war. 50 years ago Whitlam believed that and he was right.

It’s time to end AUKUS. Close Pine Gap.

Is this the COOLEST stick insect ever?? 💚

This mossy girl (Taraxippus sp.) from Peru was the most incredible phasmid I have ever seen, I could not get over how perfectly camouflaged it was on the mossy trees! 🌳
So in awe of our natural world! 🌿

Scientology is a dangerous criminal scam. It’s like the NSW government sponsoring organised crime.

So that fits.

How much money do you think a private school linked to Scientology should get from the NSW Government?

In 2022, the Athena school with only 55 students received total Government funding of over a million dollars.

Oh, I love this. A new species of sea anemone was discovered recently that parks itself on top of a hermit crab shell like a hat. It seems to feed partly off the crab's faeces, but it also excretes a hard shell that extends the crab's home. In return, it's carried around the seafloor like a king.

Using my amateur 'ham' radio map of the world, I think Australia should integrate diplomatically, politically, personally, and militarily with all the nations coloured dark green on this map.

No, not to tell those nations what to do. Australia could be the 'superpower' of the South Pacific.

Whitlam showed us what a brave, grown up Australia could look like.  And 50 years later, you have to wonder – is it even possible to make Australia brave again?

Opinion | If there is not a legal principle that Nazis have no rights, it’s time we created it, writes Michael Bradley.
It's no accident that Nazis rallied in Sydney. Police waved them through — and now Minns wants to punish us all
The existing law in NSW is more than adequate to have avoided the images of Nazis outside state parliament over the weekend.
