Sasquatch (our very first pig) has had a chronic limp since the summer. Pain meds, supplements, and special joint infections haven't helped so we had a vet stop by today to try acupuncture and cold laser therapy. He enjoyed it (to our surprise!)

How I feel about people who dump their pigs.
Another peeve: making a post about a pig needing home without including location, photos, spay/neuter status, age.... sometimes all at once! Useless.

Pet peeve on my mind today: people who reach out looking for a vet or farrier but not providing their location. Wtf?

When pigs go into heat, their vulva gets swollen. They start cycling at only 4-5mo old! They don't bleed (thank goodness) and often act horny, extra loving, and/or mean. THAT'S why People send me photos of pig parts. It can be surprising to see for the uninformed!
