Since the AG doesn't seem to be getting ethics guidance from her team these days, I wanted to make sure she has the rule in the Justice Manual in front of her, which expressly prohibits this.

In Texas, if this is really about school choice, why doesn't every student in Texas get a $10,000 voucher and if they choose to go to a public school, they can bring the voucher there. Otherwise, this is just an entitlement.
