Posts like these that claim amphetamines aren’t habit forming are just utterly fucking deluded. I get it, I’ve had an ADHD diagnosis for about 39 years. I’ve taken adderall therapeutically. But to pretend you can’t abuse amphetamines is just ludicrously incorrect.
I’ve been on adderall off and on for 20 yrs. Its not addictive and it’s just like taking allergy meds or Dramamine, any other medication that impacts how you interact with the environment

I wish people would stop trying to shame us both for how we are naturally and what we do when we try to improve

It's impossible to avoid the fact that much of the way we have structured our society is actively hostile to young people and to the work of education. Teachers and professors have been tasked w mitigating the harms of this reality, but we can no longer even pretend to do so. It is unsustainable.

This is going to sound more flip than I mean it, but when I was a kid I watched the Blues Brothers running Illinois Nazis off a bridge and the Nazis on Hogan's Heroes being pathetic dimwits every damn day, and I do feel like we need to get back to constant, vicious cultural ridicule of open racists.

Shein & Temu are now the leading online-only clothing platforms. They exploit a loophole to ship direct from China without tariffs or inspections. As a result, 8 U.S. textile plants have closed since September.
