Really encouraging thread. Our entire family is frightened right now. My sweet adult daughter who has brain damage is poised to lose so much. I am afraid for her. This at least gives us ways to continue the fight.

I have no words...
I work at a Domestic Violence Agency, this is not "doomsday" this is reality. We are in trouble across the nation. There are agencies and shelters closing across our country right now. With those closings people will be hurt and have nowhere to turn.

I got home from work today and saw this quote. I work everyday with people who if it wasn't for no fault divorce would have been dead. The people who are trying to get rid of it are aiding abusers. Monsters helping monsters.

This sounds good right? No one likes terrorists right? The problem is who defines "terrorist"? Men in my old circles define NOW as the biggest terrorist org. In America... Srsly. This is exactly how they will cut funding to PPHood and Advocacy orgs. They do not want Orgs. that help survivors.
