This makes statements made by YouTube personality Hank Green the other day in regards to his claim that disability being difficult to obtain, to the point of being almost impossible, is "a good thing" even worse.
Cutting disability benefits doesn't 'incentivise work'. But it does penalise and humiliate the disabled, and that's the real point.
