So didn’t make the Mo Run today due to curtailed training post Covid in September. Ran 11.5km though which is longest since GNR.
Finishing year having set PBs across 5km to HM:
5km: 22:48 -> 22:20
10km 49:09 -> 46:18
10mile 1:24:21 -> 1:16.56
HM: 1:52:44 -> 1:45.39
