Yes, indeed. I do believe that the intervention might work, but I could have imagined a better experimental design... and also, working as a waiter and bartender for 10 years, it's exactly such points about details that you raise that one needs to take into account.

Ours is RCT and theirs is a A-B-A reversal design.
