Will use this to feedback on my Whiskey of the Week!!
Winner this week was Lochlea’s Fallow 3rd Crop. (Despite what was written on the Insta Poll)
It’s fully matured in sherry casks (I love a good PX but this is in oloroso casks) giving it a nice sweet aroma and dark purplish colour.
Tastes almost honey like and a bit fruity.
Enjoyed it a lot!

I don’t know how I feel about my relationship with iced coffees, but with ever warmer weather they’re becoming a regular order of mine… They just seem so wrong…
