Telegraph journalist on Trevor Phillips... whataboutery re NHS using fax.

No, this is no longer a thing. There was a specific initiative (under the Tories according to Google) to get rid of them. In 2020. Much too late, but fax is gone. Electronic correspondence is becoming the norm.
