People keep imagining that these systems can be made hallucination-free. But they aren’t really designed to distinguish fact from fiction. Essentially they’re just stimulus-response loops full of calcium ions.

They don’t have enough officers to track every person who meets this criteria. The NSPM-7 might allow for extra judicial surveillance and spying on so-called “Leftists”, but just like in Portland, it will exhaust millions in resources for very little results.
