I'm running the GNR with a colleague whose young daughter has just been re-diagnosed with a rare blood condition. She's undergoing treatment at LGI and we're raising money for the Chris Lucas Trust. If you can spare a tenner I appreciate it!

First go at a one mile race last week was a lot of fun! The plan was to start like when I accidentally go out way too fast at #parkrun and then cling on for dear life.

Crossflatts #parkrun was celebrating Leeds' promotion in the briefing this week. I can be seen looking confused and stretching instead. It's the closest event to Elland Road so my mate maybe should have foregone the Arsenal top. If I was 5 minutes quicker I'd have worn my Norwich top and placed 1st.

We had it all at Temple Newsam #parkrun this morning. Marshalls in bunny ears, pacers, goats, cows, chalk art and, as always, the house and the hills.

No toilets at Chevin Forest #parkrun for #poosatparkrun unless you're a horse, or my four year old in the potty (decided against that picture) I'll tell you what though the Turkish Eggs at Mistal afterwards were elite.
