Stewed down some black and gold grapes with sherry vinegar and Fresno chili after searing them, glazed the sliced pork with hot honey before roasting it off
Not sure what I’d pair this with, maybe risotto?

Countries that recover after an attack on their democracies do so because they criminalize and dismantle the forces that attacked it. Failing that means they try, try again until democracy is fully dead.
Not to get political or anything, but if the US is to make it out of this, every single right wing think tank like The Heritage Foundation and The Federalist Society needs to be dismantled in its entirety, its source of funding seized, and its existence criminalized so as never to take root again.
