I’ve been to Ukraine, including Crimea, 3x. I’ve been to Russia several times. And other Soviet republics. Honesty, as a voting US citizen, I don’t know what to say. How is this demagogue getting away with this? 🤔

Learning my first Taylor Swift song on the mandolin: Mean. I chose it for its style, not the words. Still, it's a timely reminder of how some people are so utterly mean. We can't let ourselves stew unabated in this Meanness Soup ... we must keep revisiting humanity's default capacity for kindness.

Win/lose may be more compelling. Apparently there's more people who want this personality type in charge than we thought. It doesn't mean we overreacted by exposing the underbelly of white dominance and racism. I'm reading too many Monday-morning quarterbacks who say as much.

Curious how the Gulf of Mexico shows up in Google Maps for anyone outside of North America (NA). Because we know, in NA, it now shows up as Gulf of America.
