At PEDC, we don’t just talk about equity, we intentionally live it through our 💛, our 🧠, and our 👣.

Our Community Agreements guide how we lead, listen, and grow. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing them one by one.

✨ What makes a space safe-to-be-brave for you?

Our students are watching.
They see who we hire.
What we teach.
What we ignore.

Let’s rise to meet this moment.

Thank you, @repbellmon.com for joining us in the Rotunda in Harrisburg, and for your support to pay our student teachers and increase the #PAEducatorPipeline.

$50M for an educated PA sounds like a good deal to us!

Student teachers are our future educators and they deserve our support. They work tirelessly to teach our children and future leaders and they deserve financial compensation for their hard work. I’m all for the idea of giving student teachers a stipend to help them reach their goals.

🌍 Today’s PEDC leadership team meeting kicked off with this check-in: What does an inclusive world look like to you?

The answers moved us.
🧡 A world where people are free to be fully themselves.
🌿 Where no one—person or planet—is exploited.
