FULL PARDON. Daniel Rodriguez, 40, pleaded guilty to attacking Police officer Michael Fanone on January 6, tasing him in the neck and using a dangerous weapon to injure a law enforcement officer. The hospital diagnosed Fanone with cardiac arrest and traumatic brain injury. He got 12 years.
