It’s life-affirming to hear other trauma survivors tell their story and realise I’m not alone, not crazy, and actually having normal human responses to abnormal situations.

SO grateful I exited the US of A before all of the current insanity began. Instead I’m enjoying these early snowdrops in sleepy rural England… and hoping my friends back home will be ok.
