I discovered this paper somewhere on social media in 2022 and decided I needed to start a podcast so that I could force my friends to experience it with me. Three years later, it's out in the real world and you can experience all the horror and joy along with us!
Starting to experience some detrimental effects from scrolling too much. Anxiety when I leave my phone somewhere, pulling away from focused working to social media or phone games. I want to look into the research around phone/social media addiction and see what I might be able to do for myself
