We decided to treat ourselves and our apartment to a professional deep cleaning and the cleaners have been so thorough it looks better than it did when we moved in. It's so nice that I want to stay in a hotel for a few days so I don't mess it up!

I feel sick about the aviation crash in DC. This was preventable. The experts have been waving red flags about catastrophe at DCA for a while now. Beyond time to do something about it. I continue to hope for survivors, but given the wind and low temps, it's increasingly unlikely.
