It is amazing how some think that ambient temp and sea level rise are the only indicators of climate change, and a snowball can be compelling evidence to the contrary.

Among several other effects, the extra thermal energy creates higher temp differentials, which in turn fuel the engines of storms.

I have been trying to figure out why Bluesky feels somewhat familiar. Its not the microblogging part, but something about the community. Then it hit me.

The last time a social media platform let you curate your own groups and circles without an algorithm forcing other crap was G+ back in the day.

Saying my goodbyes on Twitter and I made some realizations... Wow.

I was on there for 11 years, and I realized that these weren't my people, and so never really engaged. The signal to noise ratio went to hell, and it became a dark place.
