My 4 yo said she saw one on way to school. I muttered I see one whenever mommy bends over.

Let me be very clear: it is spring break. The classrooms are quiet. The toys remain untouched. There are no shoes mysteriously left in the hallway. The children are home, but we are still here, working. Childcare staff deserve dignity, respect, and a full classroom.
