This was the plan. He’ll get his seat because they haven’t called the special election. However, because he resigned his current seat the report will not be released. They did all of this to keep this report from affecting him. There may have been some thought he could be be AG, but I doubt it.

A handsome puppy who is now "pending euthanasia" and is deserving of a family who will love him forever!
