friend was worried that they had too much zeal and enthusiasm for their hobbies and friendships and i had to be like hi. I have only had one person ever be like "you're too enthusiastic about our friendship" and that person was a MASSIVE DICKHEAD!!!! and then things got way cooler :)

By "therapyspeak" I mean speaking like this: "This is the emotion I'm feeling, and feeling that emotion makes me want to act in a way"
