Point taken but not so sure it will be once in a lifetime 😬
It is a little weird to me countries aren’t more aggressively, formally trying to take advantage of the U.S. science brain drain. Once in a lifetime opportunity to buy low on Non-Dumbass Americans with PhDs who just wanna look into microscopes and quietly cure ass cancer as our country eats shit.

The Rangers need a .660 points percentage the rest of the way just to get to 93 points (the current playoff cutoff).

Only one team in the Eastern Conference has played at a .660 points percentage so far this season.

That is a steep mountain, brother.

4 points in his last 4 games.

He was flying last night and Bylsma apparently liked what he saw from that line. Set up a few sure goals that Markstrom robbed.

I hope he continues to thrive with SEA. Schwartz-Beniers-Kakko has been fun to watch!

You know you're a Ranger fan when you get uncomfortable seeing defenders take away space from the attackers even before they reach the blue line 😅

The draft has been so unkind to the Rangers that it's difficult to even get excited about the possibility of NYR picking in the top 10 of the draft.
If the NHL draft order was decided today (and there were no lottery craziness) the Rangers would draft 7th overall.

Impossible to imagine this even 5 weeks ago.

Laviolette is a fool for making this lineup choice, which resulted in an ugly Rangers loss. He should have instead made my preferred lineup choice, which would have also resulted in an ugly Rangers loss.

Obviously it's grim and I hate how the technology has been used, but it's still funny to read stories about social media/media companies attempting to integrate ChatGPT-style AI into their stuff. It's like if Kellogg's was trying to find a way to get "a fistful of ground glass" into every product.

A sure sign the class war has been won is the people siding with the managerial and elite classes by default
On vacation so I don’t plan to get into the trenches on this, but a growing sentiment I’m seeing in the NYR fandom is that everyone on the roster is irredeemable and every prospect or outside trade target is a future savior.

I'm confused why Vaak-Borgen are getting ao many even strength minutes. I know 55-23 do the special teams but still think they shouldn't ever end up with more min at even strength than Fox.

Easily some of the bleakest, most depressing hockey that I have ever watched. It's simply hard to put into words.
This is the worst stretch of #NYR hockey since before the lockout. Even in the Letter Era, at least that was attributed to a young team. This is just unwatchable.

Peter's going to be pounding eggnogs with that tie undone after this one.

Difference between this year and last year is, last year, Ranger fans would be talking about how all of CAR's chances were soft and to the outside. Now it seems like most understand that NYR aren't playing good hockey.

So funny when NHL players get butthurt about a shot that happens a fraction of a second after the buzzer.

On the bright side, I've really been considering getting a Kraken jersey, and now I know just the player.

The Kaapo Kakko glow-up is going to be both rapid and predictable.

I’m actually looking forward to it. Congrats to the Kraken.

I deeply, deeply hate Chris Drury.
Looking back, it was over for Kakko after two successful stints where he, Zibanejad, and Kreider put up a 70% goals for rate at 5v5 and both times the team demoted him.

Instead of accepting a 1L that could shut down anyone and focusing on depth scoring, they couldn’t get over his draft position.

I keep telling myself this is all for the best, but it's probably just going to lead to Drury doing something incredibly stupid. Catch twenty-two for my rooting interest...

I wouldn't trade Kakko. I don't think Kakko is what's wrong with the New York Rangers but I'm not Chris Drury.

Seriously, what is the deal with NYR and the total absence of constructive feedback?
