I don't know how many times I need to say it: I have a strict "no solicitation" rule. I only donate to valid charities of my own choosing, and not to any who beg via social media. All accounts who tag me begging for donations will be blocked instantly. There are no exceptions.

Two months ago I wrote about why my law firm is litigating 63 voting and election cases. Today it is 65 cases covering more than half the country. Eleven of them involve redistricting.

Where are the big law firms? Why isn't legacy media covering this? www.democracydocket.com/opinion/why-...

Science discarded,
The art of critical thinking flayed,
While fools weave
Their insubstantial dreams,
Brittle as new ICE,
Ever eager to please
The orange waste on the throne,
That demands only the dullness
Of unremarkable subservience.

Both are guilty. One would think an admiral would know the differences in orders and not fire on the survivors

i think it's actually a lot more likely that a 35 year military veteran and commander of special operations command did the #1 most clearly established war crime in history without authorization than the dumbest person ever to be secretary of defense ordering it because it seems cool

These two evildoers always stick together, don’t they?

Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s prime minister, has asked his country’s president for a pardon in his corruption cases.
The request comes after President Trump asked Israel’s president to pardon Netanyahu.

Ironically, while real U.S. federal judges keep enforcing the law, upholding the Constitution and providing our only current shield from fascism, the U.S. Supreme Court and its chief justice John Roberts have completely abandoned the law and constitution, choosing instead to become part of the coup.

Bradley is a scapegoat--Hegseth almost certainly gave that order, directly, intentionally, and knowingly. But Bradley still conveyed the order to his subordinates. Everyone from Bradley down to the guy who actually did the shooting is guilty of first degree murder and should be punished as such.
Bradley going to learn how far being an apolitical military professional gets you (not very)
The fall guy. Though he is probably also guilty of first degree murder.

Admiral Bradley can take the hit for an administration that doesn't give two shits about him or the military in general, or he can drop his retirement papers and out every single political appointee involved. We'll soon see what kind of officer and leader he is.
REPORTER: Does the administration deny that that second strike happened, or did it happen and the administration denies that Hegseth gave the order?

LEAVITT: The latter. Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes. He worked well within his authority and the law.

Since Admiral Bradley has a duty to follow the Constitution and the Uniform Military Code of Justice, he must testify-if subpoenaed-and state who ordered the “kill” strike

By throwing him under the bus, Karoline Leavitt just gave him incentive to cut a deal for immunity so he can do exactly that

the military should take a clear message here: they will order you to do illegal things and then throw you directly under the bus if it becomes a problem

not that admiral bradley here does not deserve to be in jail, he absolutely does

but hegseth should go with him

Last week: In response to WaPo’s story on the Sept. 2 boat strikes, the Pentagon says “This entire narrative is completely false.”

Today: The White House confirms that a 2nd strike happened and that “Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes”

1) If Hegseth ordered troops to "kill everybody" in that barbaric second strike, he should be arrested.

2) If Admiral Bradley followed what he damn well knew was an illegal order from Hegseth, he should be removed from duty, and court-martialed.

3) If Trump does nothing, he is a war criminal.

The website guy is, according to the inquiry report, a part-timer and (presumably) a contractor. That arrangement, and the absence of any reference to a historical IT audit, shows the lack of seriousness with which OBR management took their information security.
I think this is a mistake and it sums up what's wrong with accountability in the British state. Why does he take 'full responsibility'? Surely the person who actually *manages the OBR's website* should take some responsibility:
