The Human Be-In, held January 14, 1967, Golden Gate Park. An estimated 20,000 to 30,000 people turned out to hear Timothy Leary famously urge attendees to "turn on, tune in, drop out." Check out Psychedelic Rock Posters and Fashion of the 1960s at Portland Art Museum before June 15th!

Tested and ranked up to 5th Kyu last night! Still rocking my white belt as SKA is more traditional in only having white and brown belts prior to black. It’d be equivalent to say purple in other styles. On my way to peace through strength and joy through my childhood obsession. 🥋

Unpopular opinion maybe, but I really couldn’t care less about the superbowl. Not just this year, I’ve always felt this way. Of all sports American Football is just so boring to me. Start stop, start stop, straight down and back. $8,000,000 commercials and party snacks aren’t going to sell me on it.

If you ever find yourself in Detroit you must see the collection at The Detroit Institute of Arts. The Diego Rivera room had me captivated for a while. Shit go to Detroit just for this.

I don’t usually think of myself as the most Virgo of Virgo’s. But then I dial in something like this at work and damn does it feel good.

I’m trying to focus my attention on the many good things in my life and not get caught up in my anxiety. Forgot I had this Forndom pin coming to me in all the hubbub but it was a welcome surprise. Hail Odin! We definitely need more wisdom in this world.
