Always thought I was an average crastinator but according to my wife I'm a pro.
Bad jokes, poker and rugby, with occasional soccer, books and NI politics thrown in for the craic

Ten years ago this Friday, the All Blacks became the first team to ever retain the Rugby World Cup.

This felt like a perfect occasion to tick off a video we've been wanting to make for a very, very long time.

So were the 2015 All Blacks the Greatest Team of All Time?

Ulster v Lions was always destined to be one of those basketball type games wasn't it #LIOVULS

Big result for Ulster. Best I've seen Doak play as an attacking force.
If Dave McCann can avoid the silly pens he'll be a good international player #SHAVULS

Found a whole rugby community to engage with, so I'm not longer burning my wife's ear with my random rugby thoughts.
Can keep in touch with long distance friends and get to share in some of the great things happening in our lives
Has anything great happened in your life because of social media?

Bluesky people of #Ireland ,as I live in the north I don't see a lot of coverage of it but what's the craic with this random half yank lad running for president? Only vibe I'm getting from a few pics and soundbites is techbro Conor McGregor

If last week's theory is to be believed there must have been a bust up in the Donegal changing room before kickoff #allirelandfinal

PSA to anyone with access to BBC sport or iPlayer. Find the all Ireland hurling final, starts at 3.30, and sit back and enjoy one of the best annual sporting spectacles around. You'll thank me later

Hey @reallyfubar.bsky.social my Spotify shuffle tonight reminded me of your post a few weeks back about heavy rock covers. Have you heard of Nonpoint? They do a great In The Air Tonight and a completely marmite When Doves Cry if you still wanted leads on good heavy rock covers

Have a read and see what we’re continuing to build.

Your feel-good read for Thursday.

Leinster Rugby - "We hope clubs will start to make it part of their season" — Balbriggan Stingers host annual Disability Tag Blitz
Formed in 2018, the Balbriggan Stingers hosted their annual Disability Tag Blitz at Bowhill on Sunday. It was a magical day in which 15 teams, both Junior and Senior, represented 12 clubs from across ...

Uber frustrating watching Ireland today, just not converting all that territory and possession and fair play to Scotland for making the most of the scraps they've had, they've been clinical #SCOvIRE

Such as the game's not going our way, seeing Izzy as a lineout menace tonight has been great, he's added so much to his game in the last year. Should have Joe McCarthy worried for his place #LEIvULS

Pretty proud of this one @daraokearney.bsky.social, lost a 60/40 to have .2bb and a likely min cash with 137 left and spun it to a 2nd place. Steve O'Dwyer wasn't wrong about it being an awesome feeling to spin from a chip and a chair even at the smallest stakes. Ran into quads to kill the fairytale

Might not have got the result we were after today but think I've piqued the rugby interest of my oldest 2 girls. Kid 1 asking when we can go back to watch another game and kid 2 just deadpanning 'I hate France winning' as the French got their 3rd try warmed my heart lol

Here lads @caolansrugby.bsky.social @overthehillprop.bsky.social if I've read it right, Cian Healy can match the 6N appearance record if he plays the next 3 games here. Given it should be his last, do you reckon they'll pick him for all 3? Wales game seems a chance to give anyone else the 17 shirt
