It’s been a pretty wild start to my week, absolutely thrilled to have been awarded an MSC fellowship at Warsaw for the next couple of years to keep working on late antique Antioch 😊
A piece of good news from Warsaw! Katinka Sewing and Nicola Holm @nrholm.bsky.social were awarded MSC Individual Fellowships. Katinka will work with us on Euphratesia as a hub of late antique sacred architecture and Nicola on the urban dynamics of late antique Antioch. Sincere congratulations:)

Right, it's #TWANG* day, so we're going to twang a load of stuff with our mini-catapult. Pay attention it's science.

First, a tennis ball. By way of calibration, if you will.

But we know what you're all asking... What would happen if we filled that tennis ball with concrete?

*Not a thing.
