The original Final Fantasy III feels like such an important game to the series’ history, and helped shape it into what it is now. So many series staples started in it, or were refined towards into their modern identities. It’s CRAZY it me it never got an official English release until PR.

Playing Final Fantasy II for technically the first time. I played part of it years ago but didn’t get far. But it’s funny to me how many of these songs I’ve heard just through cultural osmosis when playing the rest of the series lol. My entire playthrough has been the Leonardo DiCaprio pointing meme

It’s kind of crazy that there’s only 2 mainline FFs you can’t play on PS5, FFXI, which makes sense as it’s an older MMO, and then… XIII. I wonder if they’ll rerelease XIII eventually, it would be sort of neat to almost have the entire mainline series in one place.

I am in the middle of beating FFVII Rebirth, and it goes on so long I have reached the point of not caring anymore lol. Just because it’s called Final Fantasy 7 doesn’t mean you need 7 different final bosses?

Man, I know I can’t realistically go to the Nier concert with my situation, but it really hurts. Like, I need a win in life right now. Hopefully they’ll do another concert tour in the future; I went to the one in LA in 2020 right before Covid and it was one of the best times of my life.

There is a Nier concert in New York and while MONEY WISE I should not go, my heart says otherwise. If I go I really want to also catch a broadway show, maybe Wicked or Hadestown

So I never did update on my cat situation, but I got 2 cats in my apartment in Arizona now, so that’s how it’s going lol. My mom found homes for the strays she took in, things seem calm for now. Still waiting to see if it stays that way.

Phoenix has it’s pride event this weekend, so I went there today and it was a lot of fun! I got like 3 pride fans, an asexual flag, and a bunch of swag. I also got fucked up enough I’m surprised I can type right now lol
