Normalize having infantile pride and praising yourself for completing basic self-care each day.
Maybe you took a shower even though you didn't want to?

I got to see so many trees today!! Giant trees and woodpeckers and marshes and I got to taste some yew berries and there were huge tree stumps and pine trees that smelled like vanilla and I learned about leaf patterns and controlled burns and so much fun stuffs ababababababbababbabbba
