Always glad to help out again, thanks for the opportunity.
And another show has ended. Ffarquhar once again got nice feedback from both show runners and visitors. Didn't win best in show but that didn't really matter.
Anyways thats me for exhibitions this year. Will see about making a start on that operation video now, eh?

Taking a break from Dryaw,

To start off I’ll talk about my latest project. While I was at the Bangor model show I had managed to acquire a Ratio GWR coach kit. I have started building and added primer seen below. I am waiting for the Humbrol paint to arrive soon.
Thanks!

So it seems from an discussion @sem34090 brought up in the New NWR Crew Lounge, the North Western Railway in its very early years, would actually be a female-dominated workspace.

Think about it. The NWR was formed in 1914, took two years in-between 1915 to 1916 to build the -

Talking of Percy, I'll be making a spare model of him soon which will be liveried in the original model's current livery. I've a spare body shell at hand for the model, the only thing I need for it is a Bachmann Percy chassis.

Percy arrives with a LARGE goods train.
This was actually quite fun to put together, but in order for Percy's model to perform the shunting smoothly he must have his wheels cleaned every end session. They get caked very quickly.

Has anyone been to Bekonscot Model Village at all?

I've been wanting to visit it but am never in that part of the country whenever I visit England. I very fascinated by their gauge 1 model railway that they have running. Running on LGB G Scale tracks and customised point turnouts, it is something.

This wasn’t supposed to be an atmosphere shot! From here I went to London for a meeting then travelled back to Littlehampton. There was thick falling snow on the way back which stopped at Arundel!

Turns out the Jubilee road bridge in RWS canon was *not* built until 1977, not in 1905.

This means the Barrow-in-Furness Tramway would not actually reach Sodor. RIP Flora…
