Just released Gunma-chan S2 - 03: Daruma Omikuji/Jomo Karuta Tournament/Gunma-chan Has a Toothache with NovaWorks.
This will be our final release of Gunma-chan, but I'm proud of what we've put together.

For those of you who don't like to just use a service like spotify and still like to curate your own music collection, you can get free (and open source) automated metadata tagging of your files by using Musicbrainz Picard. I only just learned about this semi-recently and it's great

In case anyone else also had the sudden hankering to play really old 2001 JP windows games (me!) you can still do so with Lutris (with a tiny amount of tinkering). Just remember to set LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 and run fluidsynth in the background for the midi to work (with the standard gm.sf soundfont)

If you have the right group of silly/whimsical friends in voice chat, Pico Park 2 is probably one of the best multiplayer games in spite of difficulty (or perhaps because of the difficulty XD)

For the first time in almost a decade, I logged into the Facebook account that I had forgotten to delete. It felt like I had accidentally touched a Palantir and gazed into the eye of Sauron before I logged back out 😓

As someone who has lived a relatively long time on the internet, I've seen many personalities eventually move on from their brilliantly exciting chuuni phase to simply recede to some next phase of life. It's a bit poignant. Sometimes I wish they could stay for a little longer, just for me.

As someone who does a fair bit of 3d modeling and rigging, watching a Live2D tutorial and learning about all the things people do to rig a 2.5D vtuber model is blowing my mind right now

I remember when I used to work in a game dev company, there was this artist who I would always pass by on the way to my desk. She was almost always slacking off drawing cats. Realistic cats, cartoon cats, cats in different kinds of sizes; she just really loves drawing cats.
