Timely reminder that a decade prior to the WOT, guantanamo was used detain 12,000+ haitian refugees precisely in order to extraterritorially circumvent their access to the u.s. asylum procedure. The vast majority were denied asylum.

Just FYI, administrative warrants (like the ones used by ICE) are not judicial warrants (used by cops, signed by a judge).

You do NOT legally have to open the door for an ICE officer with an administrative warrant *no matter what the ICE officer says.*

Das war damals nach dem Bosnienkrieg genau gleich: Man hat nicht eine Sekunde gezögert nach dem letzten Schuss, und auch egal wie die individuelle Lage vor Ort für die Menschen war, um uns abzuschieben. Das ist also nicht eine neue Menschenverachtung, beeinflusst von Rechts, Deutschland IST so.
