Some scammer called the office. They said they set up a new website for us! I said, "No thank you." I kept saying "No thank you" because they kept talking. They would not shut up. I said it so many times they accused me of being a robot. Proud! 🤖

We are having green bean casserole, but with home-canned beans and homemade mushroom cream gravy. We're keeping the French's crispy onions.
(the green beans were a gift-- I hope we have enough green beans to do our own canning next year!)

Youngest and I cleaned out the fridge. Her eyes are sharp to expiration dates and she is a rough taskmaster so I didn't get lazy and find something else (gaming) to do. We found some 2019 vintage salad dressing!
Now our fridge has room for Thanksgiving.

Youngest and I cleaned out the fridge. Her eyes are sharp to expiration dates and she is a rough taskmaster so I didn't get lazy and find something else (gaming) to do. We found some 2019 vintage salad dressing!

Turkey is thawing in the office fridge because we got a 20-lb bird. We're mostly about making magic with the leftovers.
Hubs will brine it for a couple days, then he'll make a bunch of cuts and stick a garlic clove in each one. Peel an onion and put it in the cavity. Oven bag. No dry turkey here!
