Insider fraud. 🎯
Like we said, his little tariff stunts are a fraud scheme, you didn't lose money, he stole it. It was insider fraud.

Where's the law?
What happened today reeks of insider trading. Trump’s tweet wasn’t random—it was a signal. Someone cashed in, and the public deserves to know who and how much. Follow. The. Money.

That is some weasel-ass framing. Let's try this:

Emboldened Racists Impersonating Federal Agents Are Kidnapping Random Minorities

That actually gets the point across. Because getting people to read even the first line (which includes the federal crime of impersonating an agent) is gonna be tough.

Before folks start comparing this to European autocracies, pause and ask why so many folks - Black and white - didn’t know about the Tulsa Race Massacre. Or the Wilmington Coup. Or the Colfax Massacre. Or the Elaine, Arkansas massacre.

Erasure has been a key tactic of white supremacy. Right here.
NEW: The removal of the DOJ’s Jan. 6 database signals the Trump administration’s intention to not only spare his supporters any further consequences for their role in the riot, but to erase the event from the record.

Experts question whether Edward Coristine, a DOGE staffer who has gone by “Big Balls” online, would pass the background check typically required for access to sensitive US government systems.

This is an absolutely remarkable memo — and a betrayal of both the Constitution and the American political tradition. In the US, by *explicit contrast* with interwar fascist governments, the state is not supposed to be an extension of the personality of the chief executive.

Hey! Remember Republicans saying "Obamacare will make death panels to kill your grandma!"? Then you should probably go check out chapter 14 of the Project 2025 manifesto. Because every Conservative/Republican accusation is a confession.

and feeding into this are media elites who refuse to take the nazification of the american right seriously because (1) they go to dinner parties with these people and (2) since its uncouth to be a nazi, no one in the public sphere can *really* be a nazi
Pretty remarkable to see relative "normie" conservatives using language that would have gotten them banned from pre-Elon Twitter.

There was always a white nationalist undercurrent in the GOP thanks to the Southern Strategy, but it's now become the dominant driving force.
The Nazification of the right is self-reinforcing. You have to laugh at Nazi jokes and use their coded language to prove they can trust you. And if you’re not in the club you don’t get the influence or the perks. Eventually they start perceiving it as the norm because they’re soaking in it 24/7.

Hear me out —

If parents call colleges freaked about their FAFSA data being leaked, schools may have to issue statements — which would reach a whole lot more families about how warped this is.

Organizing isn’t always calling electeds. Sometimes it’s just calling people with a bigger megaphone.

If you or someone you know has missed a Social Security payment, call your reps IMMEDIATELY.
