Our Holiday Toy Drive for 2025 is on now! Let’s spread the joy this season with something as simple as a gift for a child in need. Your gift – whether it’s a stuffed animal, a book, or a game – isn’t just a toy. It’s proof that someone cares. www.coalitionforthehomeless.org/event/holida...

Experts say the actions show a broad contempt for the justice system: “He’s rejecting ... the work of people he appointed but didn’t fully control.”

Fresh off Election Day, the Statehouse GOP is hearing SB 293, a bill slashing early voting via mail, popular among all voters. This is the 2026 (& beyond) playbook. Politicians in power are deliberately making it harder for you to vote, for 100% political reasons.

True enough, most are hardly calling to our better angels. But they are not all the same. There's a difference between Robert Kennedy and the loutish oaf of a son who defames his good name.
It's sad anybody puts any politician on a pedestal. I've met them all. It's just some guy, or gal. Just people. Most often, not impressive people. In fact, many crudely debase themselves for power, no ethics or morality. The public ought to treat them like employees, not heroes.

Results are not weighted by likelihood of voting in 2026, and among these particular respondents, Brown would have won in 2024.

So this is as tepid a 1 point poll lead as you can get.
A YouGov poll of Ohio's upcoming Senate race:

Sherrod Brown, the former Democratic senator: 49%
Jon Husted, the appointed GOP senator: 48%.
