It is no secret that I enjoy MMORPGs, but the two things that sell me on a game are lack of replay needed to acquire the same QoL improvements and how well does the game teach me to play it. #SWTOR does a pretty good job on both these accounts

So after lifting this morning, I decided to push speed on the treadmill.
8 mph for 2 minutes
9 mph for 1 minute
10 mph for 45 seconds.
With walking on between for a minute or two.
Feeling proud
